YIELD: 6 TURKEY CHEESE CASSEROLE
COOKING TEMP: 350F PORTION: 3/4 CP
COOKING TIME: 30 min. COOKING PAN: CASSEROLE DISH
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Margarine : 2 Tb 1. Melt margarine.
| Pasta shells sm dry : 6 oz 2. Mix pasta, jack cheese, milk,
| Cheese jack shredded : 1 cp sherry, beaten eggs, green pepper,
| Milk : 1 1/3 cp salt, pepper, dry mustard and diced
| Sherry cooking : 1/2 cp turkey.
| Eggs : 1 3. Portion into casserole dish. Cover
| Green peppers chopped : 1 Tb with aluminum foil. Bake at 350F
| Salt : 1/2 ts until pasta is tender.
| Mustard dry : 1/4 ts 4. Remove foil. Mix Parmesan cheese,
| Pepper black : dash chopped parsley, and bread crumbs.
| Turkey ckd diced : 3/4 cp 5. Sprinkle over top of pasta mixture.
| Cheese parmesan : 3 Tb Return to oven until lightly
| Parsley chopped : 2 Tb browned.
| Bread crumbs : 3 Tb 6. Let stand for 15 minutes before
|. serving.
